When people value themselves and their effort they have more fuel to train, grow and compete. In today's world of social media, many of us lose sight of our value and our own goals. It's just too easy to watch others and compare. Which can and often does cause us to disengage.

We've designed a program to shift this dynamic and get people engaged!

Our intention with this program is for your members to more accurately assess their value, understand how to develop their own contribution, and ultimately connect everyone to their role or position in a more meaningful way. This is an explosive program that will shift the mindset of your members and club as a whole. This program may include your whole staff, coaches and/or teams/members depending on what level you want to impact.

Creating a positive environment and connected culture is increasingly important for clubs and youth. Our goal is to share new knowledge and whole-person focused practices with you that can shift the awareness, focus and energy levels in your gym. We believe that the clubs which understand the evolving landscape of player and family needs, and speaks to the community with their services and products, will be the most successful. 

Volleyball IQ has evolved tremendously in the last 3 decades. The next phase of development is in EQ - emotional intelligence. We teach resilience building practices and emotional regulation techniques based on scientific research from HeartMath®. Creating coherence within ourselves, our teams and our systems is the new frontier of success. This program is module based and can be catered to your organizational needs. More on this here. 

With our experience building one of the largest clubs in California with multiple locations, we can review your programs and services and create new revenue stream models and concepts.
